W.P. Griffin Inc., a family-owned and operated farming and packaging facility in Elmsdale, Prince Edward Island, has been a cornerstone of the local agricultural industry since 1947. Under the leadership of John Griffin, President & General Manager, the company thrives with a clear focus on business management, administration, customer relations, and packaging operations. The company cultivates 2000 acres of potatoes, 2000 acres of grain, and 1000 acres of hay. Additionally, their cattle operation plays a significant role in their diverse farming approach with 400 head of cattle.

In 2021, as W.P. Griffin Inc. began expanding their operation to include beef cattle, they turned to CBDC West Prince Ventures Ltd. for support. Thanks to their partnership, they secured funding that enabled the purchase of essential equipment for the expansion, including a baler and skid steer.
