HR Project Partners is currently recruiting a Managing Director on behalf of our Client, Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Community Business Development Corporations (NLACBDC). The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Community Business Development Corporations (NLACBDC) is seeking a visionary and collaborative leader to champion rural entrepreneurship and economic growth across Newfoundland and Labrador. As Managing Director, you will guide a network of 15 Community Business Development Corporations (CBDCs) and Metro Business Opportunities, empowering local businesses, creating jobs, and strengthening the economic fabric of our rural communities.

Reporting to a Board of Directors and accountable to the member CBDCs, the Managing Director provides strategic leadership, operational excellence, and advocacy on behalf of the NLACBDC network. You will lead a small, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in positioning the Association for long-term sustainability and growth.

This is a full-time position, located in Paradise, NL.
