2017-2018 marks the end of another successful year for the CBDCs of Atlantic Canada. During this past year, the CBDCs of Atlantic Canada have assisted 1,388 entrepreneurs throughout the region, injecting in excess of $73.3 million into the rural Atlantic Canadian economy. Since the inception of the Community Futures Program, CBDCs have assisted 32,979 small-and-medium sized businesses and have injected in excess of $1.2 billion into the economy of rural communities throughout the region.
